Woolworths and Caltex terms

Woolworths and Caltex have entered into a deal whereby Woolworths will provide all of the groceries for the Caltex stores. This is a 15 year ‘wholesale’ agreement.

Our understanding of the situation is:

• all grocery goods sold in any Caltex/Woolworths petrol forecourt will be provided by Woolworths,

• Caltex are seeking to continue the relationship with suppliers in regard promotional and POS investment,

• Woolworths are requesting that all supplier trading terms, rebates and deductions are applied to the future Caltex volume.
